Hi, you have beautiful colour and design clips. All the clips don't have thevsize specified. The size you have mentioned is of the outer or inner part of the clip ppl don't know that so please specify the inside grip size . I have ordered clips but the inner grip is big so the clip is loose for my hair.
Please change your policy that I could not exchange & when you said yes to me I had to return all rhe clips and not only a few.
