Refund policy
- We don't provide return in any case.
- We don't cancel the orders once placed, but if customer wants to cancel within 1 hr of placing the order, then 10% off the order total will be deducted.
- If the order is in transit and customers want to cancel it or at the time of delivery, 35% off the order total will be deducted.
- In case of damaged/defective product received a unboxing video(uncut/unedited) is required, without video refund request will not be accepted. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- If the unboxing video is present then refund for the damaged product will be transferred within 24 hours of the refund request.
- If an order placed during a sale is damaged and needs refund, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price
- Refunds will only be processed for damaged or defective products either for paid or COD orders. Please note the shipping charge which where applicable will not be refunded. In case of online paid orders, the refund will be made back to the same bank account used to pay for the order. In case of COD orders, customers' bank account details will be required and the refund will be credited within 3-4 working days from the date of cancellation of the order. Alternatively, refunds can also be done via PayTM.
